Madden's is currently seeking Bartenders for the 2026 season.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down banquet bar stations according to event specifications.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible service.Follow all recipes, portion controls, and service standards.Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws.Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control and cleaning.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout events.Accountable for checks and cash transactions, drink tickets and POS systems as required.Utilizes Point of Sales System.Reviews banquet or dining room schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.Assist with inventory counts and restocking after events.Performs other duties as required.Reliable attendance.Skills and AbilitiesGood multi-tasking skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work quickly and efficiently in high-volume settingsProvide friendly, professional service to guestsGreat time management skillsMust be able to work alongside other people and independentlyEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED.Previous bartending experience required; banquet or event experience preferredBasic knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spiritsMust be of legal age to serve alcoholSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.Work EnvironmentWork is performed in multiple dining outlets.Physical DemandsPrimarily standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 40 pounds sometimes repeatedly.Expected Hours of WorkFlexible schedule with nights, weekends and holidays.TravelLess than 10% travel required.
