Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll be on the front lines at community events—engaging attendees, promoting programs, and helping grow support for our nonprofit partners. This role combines sales, marketing, and event outreach, giving you hands-on experience in driving real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our organization at community events, fairs, and local gatherings.

• Engage attendees, provide information about our nonprofit partners, and drive program participation.

• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Build and maintain relationships with community members and local organizations.

• Track leads, attendance, and event results.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking to groups.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
