Position Title Associate Job Summary As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Perform additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications Proven retail or similar experience with a track record of achieving sales targets. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years or older. Physical Demands Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day; stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to place or stock merchandise; climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs; lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly. Must have good vision, including color differentiation. Work environment moderately noisy. Compensation Store Associate pay range: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
