Schedule:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Current COTA license in South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Previous hospital or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to new settings and quickly learn facility protocols
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assess and document patient progress, adapting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote patient recovery and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
