divh2Dirt Equipment Operator/h2pQualification Highlights/pulliMust have 2+ years of experience as a Dirt Equipment Operator in heavy industrial construction/liliMust possess all Knowledge Skills and Abilities for positions./liliMust be able to meet all physical requirements./liliMay be required to have a valid drivers license and meet a motor vehicle records check./liliMust have all required tools./liliMust have reliable transportation./li/ulpPosition Responsibilities/pulliWill operate various construction equipment to move earth in a precision process./liliWill inspect equipment./liliWill be responsible for all safety aspects of operating the equipment./liliMay follow signal directions from a signaler in equipment operations./liliWill access area of operations for safety issues and required processes and planning of equipment operations./liliWill assist in other job site related tasks as assigned while not operating./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliMust have experience and knowledge of operating varies construction equipment including but not limited to bobcats, bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, rollers, and graders./liliMust have basic mechanical knowledge and illustrate the abilities to inspect equipment./liliMust have knowledge of and be familiar with soil types./liliMust illustrate knowledge of excavating and the specifications that are required for a given excavation./liliMust be able to follow instructions correctly./liliMust be reliable, accountable, and consistent in performing administrative processes such as but not limited to equipment inspection paperwork./liliMust be willing and able to follow all instructed safety regulations./liliMust be able to make it work on time and work the designated schedule and any overtime as needed with the proper notification./li/ulpPreferred Additional Qualification/pulliCurrent Zachry or Zachry ROFed employee./liliFormer experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc./liliValid Drivers License./li/ulpReporting to:/ppThis position does not have any direct reports./ppPhysical Requirements/pulliEmployees will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting./liliWill talk and hear to communicate./liliWill use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls and tools./liliMay be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs./liliWill work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements./liliMust be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE./liliWill be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots./li/ulpZACHRY provides a Safe and Drug-Free work environment and is an Equal Opportunity Employer./p/div
