Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2227.68/week – Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Supervises nursing staff while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care. Responsibilities: Assess patient health status by collecting and analyzing relevant clinical data. Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options. Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among healthcare team members. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two years recent experience in emergency or acute care settings. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications: ACLS, PALS, and NRP from AHA or ARC. Demonstrated strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-pressure environment.
