Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal technical teams throughout requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, data migration, integrations, training, change management, and post-launch support. Support data governance, master data quality, and reporting consistency across customer, supplier, product, inventory, pricing, and transaction data. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, standardize global operating procedures, improve service levels, and increase scalability.
