In this role, you will be a critical driver of our growth initiatives, striking the perfect balance between independent ownership of product categories and seamless team collaboration.The ideal candidate brings proven e-commerce planning experience within the fashion industry, sharp analytical skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving. If you thrive in a high-velocity environment that changes daily and love turning data into actionable strategy, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Buying and E-Commerce Site Merchandising to link financial results to daily/weekly performance.Review receipt flows and aged inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, maximizing sales while minimizing liabilities.Execute best practices for promotions, markdowns, and clearance strategies to optimize margin and sell-through.Align Buying and Merchandising strategies with overall e-commerce business plans, identifying custom reporting needs and process improvements.Partner with Applications and IT teams to build, deliver, and refine custom business reporting tools.Provide comprehensive operational and analytical support to the broader Planning team.Role Requirements1+ years of dedicated experience as an E-Commerce Planner (Required).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proven experience across Inventory Control, Allocation, Merchandising, Demand Forecasting, and Financial Planning/Analysis.BA/BS degree preferred.A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.English, additional language(s) an advantageSchedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite in Beverly HillsBenefitsNEW state-of-the-art HQ in Beverly Hills!Formalized career paths for continued professional growthFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO)Comprehensive health insurance across Medical, Dental and Vision401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibilityWeekly catered lunches & fully-stock kitchen pantry!Opportunities to travel for trade shows and vendor meetingsSummer Fridays Early DepartureTeam bonding events and programsAttractive employee discounts!Fashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
