Research Analyst

Our client, an established investment management firm, is seeking a Research Analyst to join their team! This position is fully onsite at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. Who You Are You have at least one year of equity research experience Strong interest in public markets and fundamental investing Skilled in financial modeling, valuation, and market research Analytical thinker with strong communication and presentation abilities Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments Proficient with AI tools and modern research platforms What You’ll Do Analyze public companies, industries, and market trends to support investment decisions Build models and develop investment ideas across long and short opportunities Conduct research using filings, earnings reports, expert calls, and alternative data Prepare investment summaries, presentations, and research materials Monitor company developments, market activity, and emerging risks Collaborate with the investment team on strategy and idea generation What Success Looks Like Research is thoughtful, accurate, and actionable Investment ideas contribute to portfolio strategy and decision-making Market trends and risks are identified proactively Analysis and communication support effective team collaboration Salary Range $85,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience Location New York, NY – Fully on site To protect applicants, please note that this job is posted only on LinkedIn.com and Gainor.net.
