Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Certified Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire position in Grand Prairie, TX. This role requires working under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in a fast-paced high-volume environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various pharmacy technician duties, including prescription filling and IV preparation.

Key Responsibilities of the Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Fill prescriptions for pharmacist verification
- Prepare IVs under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Enter data into computer systems for prescription filling and reimbursement payments
- Prepackage medication for dispensing according to standards and regulations
- Assist Pharmacist in final checks and coordinate delivery to customers
- Maintain inventory practices, including receiving and rotating medications
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements of the Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Certified pharmacy technician license
- IV certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and support pharmacists
- Dependable and punctual
- Experience with complex automated dispensing systems
