Materials Coordinator

At Jered LLC, a PAR Systems company and leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems, Material Controllers play a critical role in keeping production moving efficiently and on schedule. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys maintaining accuracy, organization, and accountability. In this role, you'll support the flow of materials throughout the warehouse and production floor, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support mission-critical programs for the U.S. Navy and global maritime customers. Success Criteria:

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll coordinate the movement, tracking, and availability of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production schedules. Top performers proactively resolve material issues, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate effectively with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to minimize disruptions and support on-time delivery. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production control environment (or equivalent) Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP/work process software such as Jobscope or Visibility) Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a manufacturing/warehouse environment US Person Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints Previous Forklift experience You’ve learned about what you'll be doing, here are the
