Compliance Manager - Telecom

KBW has partnered with a great client on a search for an experienced Compliance Manager – Telecom, to oversee regulatory compliance activities for a communications and technology organization. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, and other business teams to ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage federal and state telecommunications compliance programs and regulatory filings. Coordinate regulatory reporting, registrations, and remittances with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Support the compliance review of new products and services. Monitor changes in telecommunications regulations and implement necessary compliance updates. Assist with regulatory audits, examinations, and inquiries. Maintain compliance documentation, filing calendars, and internal reporting. Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of telecommunications regulatory compliance experience. Knowledge of federal and state telecommunications regulations and reporting requirements. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
