Openings are available at the elementary, primary, and high school levels, including Behavior Resource, High School Resource, and Primary Essential Skills classrooms.

Your expertise and passion will help foster growth, independence, and confidence for every student you serve. Full caseload assignments and exact schedules will be determined based on placement and school needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Teaching License with a valid Special Education endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a closely related teaching area
• Previous experience in special education settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure holistic student support
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and manage IEP processes
• Communicate actively with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required school functions
