Mobile Pet Stylist

Job Description Job Description A Mobile Pet Groomer will provide professional full grooming services, including specialty breed care, nail trimming, and ear cleaning/plucking, directly to clients using a company-provided van or custom grooming truck. This role operates primarily as a solo operator within a small team structure, reporting to the grooming manager. Exceptional customer service and gentle pet handling are essential in delivering a positive experience for both pets and their owners. As a mobile groomer we tend to work alone without another groomer to help, so you must be able to handle difficult dogs on you own such as older or overweight dogs that might have trouble standing or dogs that pull for feet work and nails. You must have experience in breed specific cuts, like poodles, schnauzers, cockers etc. Responsibilities * Perform full grooming services tailored to various dog breeds. * Provide specialty breed grooming with attention to breed-specific standards. * Trim nails and clean ears to maintain pet hygiene. * Handle pets safely and compassionately during grooming sessions. * Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with pet owners. * Operate and maintain the company-provided mobile grooming vehicle. * Ensure timely service delivery. Required Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in pet grooming. Preferred Qualifications * Certification in pet grooming or veterinary assistance. * Knowledge of advanced pet grooming techniques. * Strong animal handling skills. * Effective time management and reliability. * Experience operating mobile grooming vehicles. * Attention to detail in grooming and customer interactions.
