Requirements 5+ Years Experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation Strong proficiency in Construction Estimating and associated tools Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Experience in BIM or construction technology software is a plus Benefits PTO Weekend off Note Only qualified candidates will be invited for the next step.
