We are seeking a full-time, first-shift Electronic Technician to support industrial drives and controls as well as test and measurement equipment. This role applies knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, testing procedures, engineering mathematics, physics, and related technical training to build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic devices. Overtime is required. The position offers a yearly profit share plan, paid in four of the last five years—including 22% of base and overtime wages in 2024 and 2025—and performance evaluations every 90 days with potential pay increases through 270 days, up to a current maximum of $32.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic circuits and devices.
• Test industrial drives, controls, and test and measurement equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic devices, circuitry, and control systems.
• Repair and maintain electronic equipment and drives.
• Modify circuits and control systems as required.
• Perform electrical testing procedures.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronic or electromechanical technology from a two-year college or technical school, and/or three years of related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, electrical circuitry, testing procedures, engineering mathematics, and physics.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience maintaining electronic equipment.
• Technical school training in electronics or electromechanical technology.
