Assistant Warehouse & Logistics SupervisorOn-SiteFull-TimeHealth Benefits: Comprehensive coverage with company‑paid premiums for medical/dental/vison coverage.PTOFlexible Work SchedulesJob Purpose:The Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or by in-house production product lines. Ensures a smooth and consistent operation so parts are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner. Responsible for coordinating and processing all activities to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.Overview:We 're seeking an Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to support daily stockroom operations, oversee material flow to production, and ensure accurate inventory management. This role combines hands‑on leadership, coordination across multiple departments, and strong attention to detail within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Support stockroom staffing, training, and day‑to‑day workflow.Oversee part pulling, issuing, storage, and rotation of materials.Ensure accurate inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.Coordinate material handling activities and safe equipment operation.Partner closely with Production Planning, Quality, Inspection, and Inventory Control teams.Manage equipment upkeep, loss prevention, and process improvement initiatives.Assist shipping and packaging teams as needed and support cross‑training.Follow all applicable procedures, safety requirements, and ISO standards.Requirements:High School diploma or GED; Minimum 5+ years of warehousing, inventory control, or material handling; 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience prefered.Experience with ERP or MRP systems and strong computer skills.Strong communication, leadership, and delegation skills.Occasional local travel may occur.Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.Why Martin‑Baker America?Martin‑Baker America is a premier provider of crashworthy and ejection seat systems supporting aircrew safety and survivability across the United States and Canada.
