Role Overview Seeking a healthcare professional to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, performing 12-Lead EKGs, bladder ultrasounds, blood glucose checks, specimen collection, and assisting with patient activities such as bathing, feeding, turning, and ambulating. Assist with patient admissions, discharge preparations, and implementing care plans. Maintain hourly rounding, support safety protocols, and offer emotional support to ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience.
