We seek individuals who embody our core traits: Scrappy, Curious, Optimistic, Persistent, and Empathetic.Your roleDialpad is redefining business communications through agentic AI, and this role sits at the center of that transformation.Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Vice President of AI Transformation will build and lead Dialpad's global specialist sales organization responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of our agentic product portfolio. You will define the strategy, operating model, and execution framework that enables our core sales organization to successfully position, sell, and expand agentic AI solutions across new and existing customers.This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You'll recruit and develop a world-class overlay team, partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and serve as the executive voice of the field as we bring new AI innovations to market. Success requires equal parts sales leadership, product curiosity, operational excellence, and a passion for helping customers transform how work gets done through AI.What you'll doBuild, lead, and scale Dialpad's global Agentic Sales Overlay organization, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing specialist sales leaders and Agentic Transformation Advisors.Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Dialpad's agentic product portfolio, partnering closely with Sales leadership to maximize adoption and revenue growth.Establish the operating cadence, sales methodology, forecasting process, and performance metrics for the overlay organization.Partner directly with frontline sales leaders and Account Executives on strategic opportunities, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise deals.Develop repeatable sales plays, qualification frameworks, positioning, and messaging that enable consistent execution across global sales teams.Drive pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, expansion strategy, and revenue attainment for the agentic business.Serve as the executive liaison between the field and Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success, translating customer feedback into product and go-to-market improvements.Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, competitive trends, product adoption, and revenue performance to identify opportunities and improve execution.Build enablement programs that increase seller confidence and proficiency in positioning and selling agentic AI solutions.Partner with executive leadership on investment planning, organizational design, territory strategy, resource allocation, and business planning for the agentic business.Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and AI-first selling practices across the revenue organization.Represent Dialpad with executive customer stakeholders, strategic partners, and industry events as a thought leader in agentic AI.Skills you'll bringBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with significant experience leading high-performing sales organizations.5+ years leading managers and/or specialist overlay organizations in complex enterprise environments.Proven success launching, scaling, or commercializing new AI, automation, conversational AI, or emerging technology products.Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, including complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.Demonstrated ability to build new go-to-market functions, operating models, and sales processes from the ground up.Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level customer and internal stakeholders.Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions, forecast performance, and optimize sales execution.Passion for coaching teams, developing future leaders, and creating a high-performance culture.Excellent communication, storytelling, and change management skills.Experience with MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodology.Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, emerging technologies, and helping organizations transform through innovation.Why Join DialpadWork at the center of the AI transformation in business communicationsBuild and ship agentic AI products that are redefining how companies operateJoin a team where AI amplifies every employee’s impactCompetitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and real opportunities for growthWe believe in investing in our people.
