Product Manager — Media Platform

We're seeking a Product Manager II – Media Platform to support the technology and capabilities that power customer engagement across multiple retail brands.As part of the Customer Lifecycle & Loyalty organization, you'll help execute the roadmap for campaign management, channel personalization, and media delivery platforms supporting email, SMS, push notifications, and other customer communication channels.Pay Rate Range - $85-90/HR on W2 (NO C2C) ResponsibilitiesDrive delivery of media platform features from planning through launch. Define product features and break them into epics and actionable work for engineering teams. Partner closely with Engineering, CRM, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions. Manage delivery timelines, identify risks, and communicate progress to leadership. Measure feature performance and drive improvements in campaign execution, personalization, and platform reliability. Qualifications3–5 years of Product Management experience in marketing technology, campaign management, CRM, customer engagement, or media platforms. Understanding of email, SMS, push notifications, and campaign execution workflows. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, audience segmentation, A/B testing, or analytics tools is a plus.
