Gem Mazda of Tallahassee is looking for a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights in Tallahassee, FL. Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Oversee the full vehicle sales process from initial customer contact through deal closing and delivery
• Manage and monitor sales floor activity, customer traffic, and lead follow-up processes
• Structure and negotiate deals, including financing options and trade-in valuations
• Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department to maximize per-vehicle profitability
• Analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and market trends to drive strategic decisions
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager at a franchised dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive deal structuring, desking, and F&I processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Proficiency with dealership CRM (DriveCentric is a plus)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction and team accountability
