In this role, you'll help ensure engineered wood products are safely received, stored, and shipped to our customers with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Safely load and unload trucks containing engineered wood products and building materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse and outdoor storage areas.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain and inspect chainsaws and other tools.
• Miscellaneous projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, lumber yard, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates).
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds; heavier materials are moved using equipment or team lifting.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
