We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our growth and expansion, particularly in our newest department of hospice for children. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in hospice, home health, and medical equipment services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and organizations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Create and submit end-of-day reports to management detailing progress and results. Participate in community events and join relevant organizations to enhance A Hug Away Healthcare’s presence. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials. Provide minimal training and onboarding for new team members as needed. Qualifications Proven track record of producing tangible results in business development within the healthcare sector. Strong existing relationships with medical professionals and organizations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Willingness to participate in community events and join relevant organizations.
