We are looking for a person that has experience as a Sales Manager to help run our store. This person must be a dynamic self-starter who can lead our teams to success. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a Franchise Automotive Dealership
• Must have 1 year of experience as a F&I Manager in a Franchise Automotive Dealership
• Lead all of your teams with a professional management style that promotes enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and superior guest-service
• Continually optimize profits through utilizing aggressive KPI management and accountability
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through great service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) in an appropriate professional manner, asking for assistance when in need
• Be a shining example of great culture, motivation, and high performance
• Sale of all back-end products
• Procure financing for our customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees
• Keep all CIT's under 10 days
• Finance & Warranty source relations
• Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources
• Meet Finance Manager and Store Manager expectations
• Maximize all back-end products

• Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

• 3 years in sales and finance
