Production Intern

Description of Duties Title: Production Intern Classification: Nonexempt Salary*: $18.50/hr Schedule*: Onsite Location: Van Nuys, CA DÔEN is looking for a dynamic Production Intern to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is on site/in office and will report to our Director of Production. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports Production Team in day-to-day functions Pulling and filing of approved swatches, lab dips, trim submits Logging and entering submit & tracking details into WIPs Organizing Submits & Seasonal Binders Building Presentation Board Check sample tags to ensure all information is filled in Sending out packages & providing Tracking Information to Production Team Shadowing Assistants, Coordinators and Production Managers for specific duties Qualifications: Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly growing company Strong communication skills and ability to solicit feedback Passionate about working for an inclusive, values driven brand Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful work environment Minimum Requirements Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week; full schedule to be determined with supervisors.
