Job Summary:
The specialized Clinical - Allied - Travel position is for a Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician located in Morristown, New Jersey. This role involves assisting in the care of surgical patients by handling instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures. The technician must understand the surgical process, anticipate the needs of the surgeon, and ensure a sterile environment to support quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3 days a week, 12.5 hours per shift, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Includes one weekend shift every 4 weeks.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited surgical technician program, Certified Surgical Technician certification, and 0 or more years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Other Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; tolerate long periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Additional Information: This role requires adherence to hospital policies and safety standards, including Standard Precautions, and maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with regulatory agencies. The start date is 08/24/2026, with a commitment of minimum 36 hours per week.
