Responsibilities- Build and grow your own insurance agency
- Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Market and promote your agency within your local community
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Provide customized insurance solutions to clients
- Recruit, train, and manage agency staff as your business grows
- Deliver exceptional customer service and retention strategies
- Manage daily business operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Sales, business development, or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to network and build community relationships
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
