Join our busy Auto Glass and Accessories business located in Downtown Wixom as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will support store operations and lead a small team of 1-5 employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage inventory control to maintain stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Schedule staff shifts and manage team workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in retail management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Team leadership experience
- Sales management capabilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
