Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care that encompasses every aspect of patient wellbeing
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in practicing therapy techniques to encourage continued progress in their personal settings
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patient adherence to their care plan

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Licenses

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
