Engineering Development Program

Program Structure Product Development Design Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Quality Assurance Project Management Each rotation lasts approximately 6 months, allowing participants to develop a deep understanding of the specific functions and their contributions to the company’s success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects. Assist in the design, development, and testing of new products. Analyze and solve technical problems using engineering principles and methodologies. Participate in the development of manufacturing processes and quality control measures. Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering departments. Learning and Development Mentorship from experienced engineers and managers. Professional development training sessions. Opportunities to lead and manage projects. Exposure to advanced engineering tools and technologies. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive and results‑oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate for different rotations within the program. Previous internship or co‑op experience in a related field is a plus. Career Path Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be placed in permanent roles within the Product Development or Design Engineering teams, based on their skills, interests, and business needs.
