In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, compiling, maintaining, reviewing, and distributing patient, caregiver, and non-management employee documentation in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will follow company policies and standardized processes to manage client/patient records effectively while ensuring compliance. Has knowledge and adheres to company and state policies.Responsible for performing reviews of all charts, keeping information accurate, current, and complete.A few must-haves for Medical Records Clerks:A high school diploma or equivalent.Medical records experience, preferably in a health care environment is preferred.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.Must possess strong integrity and attention to detail.Clerical experience including basic computer skills, organizational skills, good time management skills, and proficient data entry.Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company and a leading employer of Medical Records Clerks.
