Caregiver Ambassador – Senior Helpers Kerrville (Full-Time)Location: Kerrville, TX 78028 / 78029Senior Helpers Kerrville is seeking a Caregiver Ambassador to support new caregivers during their first 90 days of employment. This role is part of our formalized onboarding and retention program designed to build connection, provide support, and reduce turnover. In addition being a reliable member of our team- available to assist with clients.About This RoleThe Caregiver Ambassador supports new caregivers during their first 90 days by providing encouragement, guidance, and consistent communication. This role helps new team members feel connected, confident, and supported as they settle into their position.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a positive, inspiring, and trustworthy resource for new caregiversFacilitate communication between the office and new caregiversPlace weekly support calls and document each conversationListen actively, ask follow-up questions, and maintain a positive toneIdentify training or upskilling needs and communicate them to the officeShare strengths, wins, and retention-risk concerns with leadershipCelebrate milestones and encourage caregiver growthOther tasks as assigned by the officeWhat Makes a Great Caregiver AmbassadorA strong Ambassador is positive, supportive, and an excellent listener.
