Associate Attorney – Workers' Compensation & Civil Litigation
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Yardley, PA office, focusing primarily on civil litigation, including workers' compensation and insurance defense matters.
Why this role:
- Hands-on litigation experience across the full case lifecycle
- Exposure to workers' compensation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation
- Onsite team environment with direct courtroom and deposition experience
- Bonus eligibility on top of base compensation
What you'll do:
- Handle civil litigation matters with an emphasis on workers' compensation and insurance defense
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Manage discovery
- Draft and argue motions
- Make court appearances on behalf of clients
What you bring:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2–4 years of litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Background in workers' compensation, insurance defense, or general civil litigation
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
