Are you a skilled Physical Therapist looking for high autonomy, competitive work, and total control over your work-life balance? We are seeking a dedicated contract Physical Therapist to handle both evaluations and treatments at our established facility.

This is a long-standing, stable contract opportunity that has been successfully running for many years. As the sole PT in the department, you will have complete clinical control over your practice, free from micromanagement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations, re-assessments, and develop personalized plan-of-care programs.
• Deliver direct physical therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Manage clinical documentation and maintain compliance with facility standards.
• Operate independently as the primary physical therapy professional in the facility.

Qualifications

• Active State License as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Contract/1099 or independent practitioner readiness.
