About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of premature and critically ill infants
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and specialists to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Implement and follow evidence-based neonatal care protocols and procedures
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start
• Experience working with premature infants in a NICU environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Registered Nurse Certified (RNC) certification preferred
• Experience in a Level 2 Trauma NICU setting
