Role: Gutter Installer

Experience is highly preferred, but not required ! Our company is looked for a solid, committed installer to round out our crew. We run 2-4 trucks on a given day, installing gutters and leaf guards in the eastern 2/3 of Connecticut. We have a great track record or customer and employee satisfaction. Gutter Installer Requirements:

• A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
• Two years experience in construction or sheet metal work
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!

Gutter Installer Compensation:

Hourly or Commission-based compensation is available. Most of our staff chooses to work commission-based because it puts you in control of how much you make.

Apprentice Gutter Installer Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
