Compensation & Benefits $16–$18 per hour Part-time schedule with late afternoon and Saturday hours Flexible scheduling for students Factory and manufacturer training ASE certification reimbursement Paid technical training and continuing education State-of-the-art service facility Modern equipment and diagnostic tools Uniforms provided with individual lockers Employee vehicle purchase program Career advancement opportunities Promote-from-within culture Clean, professional, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications Inspect vehicles and complete multi-point inspections Check and top off engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and other essential fluids Verify and adjust tire pressure Rotate tires as assigned Replace drain plugs, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades Maintain a clean and organized work area Learn proper repair procedures from experienced technicians Safely operate shop equipment and tools Deliver quality workmanship while providing an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Interest in pursuing a career as an Automotive Service Technician Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Automotive school or previous shop experience is a plus, but not required Basic computer skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have basic hand tools Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Launch Your Automotive Career This isn't just another part-time job—it's an opportunity to build valuable technical skills while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success.
