About the Role: The Entry-Level Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both our customer outreach and brand communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers while contributing to the creative side of marketing — especially across social media, website content, and digital campaigns. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads and assist with outbound outreach to qualify sales opportunities and set appointments Support sales representatives by preparing proposals, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications Assist with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and monitor engagement metrics Support with the marketing team to create engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates Coordinate updates to website content, ensuring consistent messaging and tone Provide administrative and creative support for seasonal promotions and events Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing preferred Familiarity with social media management on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms Strong written communication skills and basic copywriting or content creation experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Detail-oriented with the ability to balance multiple priorities Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with social media management Detail-oriented Preferred Skills: Experience in inside sales, customer service, or marketing Basic copywriting or content creation experience Familiarity with design and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Pay range and compensation package: Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
