Appointment Coordinator - Entry Level (Las Vegas) | $65,000-$95,000
$65k - $95kFull-time
The Dorne Region
Great conversations do not happen by accident. They happen because someone prepared, listened, and followed through.
The Dorne Region is adding an Appointment Coordinator to its Las Vegas office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on clear communication, organized follow-up, and keeping each client interaction moving in the right direction.
You will connect with individuals exploring health coverage and life benefit options, help them understand next steps, confirm appointment details, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks after the first conversation.
No insurance background or college degree is required. An independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career. Candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, front desk operations, fitness, and other people-facing environments often bring directly transferable strengths.
What the role calls for:
- Clear, professional communication
- Organized follow-up and record-keeping
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Coachability and willingness to build through repetition
Training covers the process, the conversations, and the expectations. The team provides ongoing feedback so you can improve with each interaction.
First-year income potential generally ranges from $65,000 to $95,000, with results driving growth over time.
Apply today to be considered for an interview.
