Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Stamford, CT
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced Flatbed Company Drivers in Stamford, CT. Enjoy mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
What We Provide:
- Access to a fleet of over 500 modern trucks featuring APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Payment for every haul, whether you tarp or not.
- Regular home time and extensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- A minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
