Role Description Lead Exceptional Dining Experiences at Sea Windstar Cruises is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager Restaurant Services to oversee all restaurant operations aboard our luxury yacht fleet. As Manager, Restaurant Services, you will lead and inspire a multicultural team while ensuring the highest standards of service, operational excellence, food safety, and guest satisfaction across all onboard dining venues. Key Responsibilities Lead all restaurant service operations across multiple dining venues. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and memorable dining experiences. Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers, Waiters, Assistant Waiters, Dining Stewards, and Sommeliers. Ensure compliance with company service standards, public health regulations, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies. Develop schedules and staffing plans while effectively managing overtime and labor costs. Monitor service quality and operational performance through regular inspections and audits. Drive beverage sales initiatives and support onboard revenue growth. Manage restaurant inventories, equipment maintenance, and breakage controls. Investigate and resolve guest concerns promptly, following established service recovery standards. Partner closely with the Executive Chef and onboard leadership team to deliver seamless guest experiences. Conduct training sessions and foster a culture of continuous development and accountability. What We Are Looking For Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Maître D', or similar leadership position in luxury hospitality or the cruise industry. Proven experience managing multiple restaurant concepts simultaneously. Strong understanding of international dining standards and guest service excellence. Experience leading large and culturally diverse teams. Qualifications Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. STCW Basic Safety Training required. SDSD Certification required. Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate required. Strong knowledge of USPH and international public health regulations. Exceptional leadership and team development abilities. Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities. Passion for luxury hospitality and creating extraordinary guest experiences. Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire diverse teams. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems. Ability to conduct training presentations and public speaking sessions. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
