Employee Benefits Specialist

The Nagler Group in Springfield, MA is seeking a Benefits Specialist for a roughly 3-month temporary assignment with potential extension or permanent hire. You will handle FMLA leaves, multi-state benefits, and employee accommodations onsite. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in benefits/HR, strong leave experience, ADA knowledge, HRIS skills, and a bachelor’s degree for permanent hire. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
