Description Fox Rothschild is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with two to three years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation to take their career to the next level. Qualifications A Juris Doctorate (JD) is required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional research and writing skills, along with a strong academic record. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a vibrant litigation team. Experience working in both federal and state courts is essential. Prior experience in a large law firm is preferred. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong work ethic. Knowledge of trademark infringement and unfair competition claims is a plus. Hands‑on experience with trials and depositions, including drafting dispositive motions. Familiarity with litigation involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants. Experience with eDiscovery processes, including the collection, review, and production of electronically stored information in Florida state and federal matters is preferred. Work Environment & Physical Demands This position operates in a clerical, office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. Physical Requirements This role typically involves sedentary work with occasional physical demands, including lifting up to 10 pounds. Regular sitting is required, with some walking and standing necessary for job duties.
