Key responsibilities include:

• Manage project accounting activities, including billing, invoicing, and accounts payable.
\n
• Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and financial reporting.
\n
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain accurate project financials.
\n
• Assist with subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and compliance documentation.
\n
• Support monthly reporting, reconciliations, and project closeout.
\n
