Your Day at Lowe's As a Merchandising Services Associate, you ensure signage, pricing information and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate, and you create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing and customer‑friendly. Though most of your time is spent on store maintenance, you may engage with customers, listen to their questions, provide product information and help locate or handle merchandise. Key Responsibilities Complete merchandising resets and service‑related projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion. Verify buyback items, pull, pre‑prep and ship ready for shipping. Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital records throughout the store. Ensure product pricing visibility and replace missing price labels. Stage clearance products and sort items to drive add‑on sales. Repair or replace damaged/s missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays. Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction). Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others. Utilize web‑based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. Lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Lowe's sales floor experience. Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up/tearing down displays. Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment. Knowledge of essential tools (hand tools, drills, saws, etc.). Travel Requirements This role does not require regular travel; however, it may require occasional travel to meetings, training, or support neighboring stores. Working Conditions Environmental factors vary by location. You may work indoors and outdoors, including exposure to extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, and constant or intermittent noise. Lifting methods vary; associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 lbs. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training.
