Boston, MAHybridContract$60/hr - $70/hrThis client is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer in Boston, MA (4 days onsite) to join a global investment management firm building software that powers critical financial systems. This is a long-term contract with strong visibility across enterprise applications and global stakeholders.This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive testing strategy while leading offshore QA teams in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be hands-on with Java-based automation, BDD/Gherkin, and AI-driven testing tools to improve quality and efficiency across key platforms.What they’re looking for:

• Strong experience in QA and software testing
• Expertise with Java-based testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with BDD and Gherkin
• Experience leading offshore teams across time zones
• Experience using AI tools in testing/automation workflows

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
