Dietary Aide

Position Overview Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience for residents. The role includes meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area with a strong focus on food safety and nutrition. Responsibilities Serve meals that are visually appealing and nutritious. Assist in meal preparation and ensure proper portioning based on dietary needs. Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas for smooth service and accuracy. Deliver and retrieve food trays, ensuring timely and efficient meal service. Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, and properly storing utensils and supplies. Bus tables, sweep, mop, and remove trash to keep work areas clean and hazard‑free. Provide friendly, professional service to residents during mealtimes. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
