Base pay starts at $19.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, and our bonus program lets you earn up to an additional $1,200 every month based on your individual and team performance.In This Role, You Will:· Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up· Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle — while recommending tailored financial solutions· Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team· Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions· Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past-due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.· Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities· Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options· Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient serviceYou will thrive if you enjoy:· Purpose-Driven Performance – Every sale represents a customer whose financial burden you've helped ease; success is measured by results because results mean real impact on real lives· We promote from within – A majority of our team members grow into leadership roles here, so your career path is built in from day one.· Clear Goals, Meaningful Rewards – Individual and branch-level sales targets are transparent, with uncapped bonus potential tied to performance that puts customers in a better financial position· Growth into Leadership – You take ownership, motivate those around you, and show up as a leader on the teamMinimum Qualifications:· 3+ year of experience in a performance-driven sales environment· Ability to handle cash payments· High School Diploma or equivalent· Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportationPreferred Qualifications:· Bilingual in Spanish/English· Associates or Bachelors degreeWork Schedule: This is an on-site role serving customers in person and by phone. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
