Job Requirements

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience in a high-volume inpatient or hospital setting
• Proven ability to perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a clinical support environment
• Ability to work independently during early morning weekend shifts
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, infection control, and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection for inpatient populations
• Accurately label, process, and transport specimens according to established protocols
• Maintain patient comfort, professionalism, and compassionate care during all interactions
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance procedures
