Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC or are working towards CFY credential
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative practice
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies for a school-based caseload
- Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students within a school setting
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions
- Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group sessions
- Attend IEP meetings, staff trainings, and other school functions as needed
